Article 1: Application
1.1 - These general conditions of sale govern, exclusively, the contractual relationship between INTERFRIES INC. 1.3 - These general conditions apply to all items offered for sale on the site, and are reserved for guests over 18 years old who have full legal capacity.

5.1 - Arrangements for payment by credit card:

For all methods of payment, the amount of purchases must be paid in full and once the day of the order. In case of payment dispute with a customer, INTERFRIES INC. reserves the right to refuse the order.
Article 6: Delivery
6.1 - Method of transportation:

Shipping quoted when placing an order are for deliveries in France. Delivery rates outside France, will be calculated as soon as the customer has indicated the country in which he wishes to be delivered.

6.6 - Acceptance of Products:

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

These terms and conditions are written in the French language and are governed by French law. In case of dispute between the parties, the territorially competent court shall be the court of commerce of France.
